About the Role
Our organisation seeks an experienced Credit Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial and administrative records of NDIS customers with precision and accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver timely customer billing, ensuring seamless integration with the customer database system to maintain utmost accuracy.
* Analyse NDIS customer plans, initiating proactive measures to secure funding and guarantee availability of funds for utilisation by customers.
* Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure efficient billing and statement recovery processes are consistently met.
* Generate regular reports, maintaining accurate documentation, data, and statistics using programme service systems.
* Cultivate effective partnerships with customers, managers, and stakeholders to procure necessary funds for support purchases and correspondingly invoice relevant teams.
