The role
We are currently supporting our client to recruit an admin assistant in their busy office. The office compromises of 4 members of staff and senior management. Main duties of the role will include:
Schedule appointments
Timesheet entry
General office and administrative duties, including filing
Complete project related administrative tasks
Updating project documentation and company systems
Product Ordering / Stocktake / take deliveries
About you
Year 12, or a diploma or equivalent
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office
Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
What you can expect

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum
