The Role
We are seeking an outgoing and composed Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Banrock Station Restaurant. This casual opportunity is perfect for those who have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional food service.
This role will be the face of our winery, providing high-quality food and service to our Cellar Door and Restaurant customers. With day-shifts only and flexible hours, this role offers a great balance between work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Chefs with food preparation
* Set and clear tables as required
* Deliver food to customers in a timely manner
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with stock control
* Contribute to washing dishes when needed
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment (desired)
* Excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A valid driver's license
* Physical ability to lift heavy items occasionally
* Availability to work across a 7-day roster
* Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
