We are currently seeking a Site Manager to support operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a full‐time, OCONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.
This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
What You'll Do
As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, system availability, and regulatory compliance that serve U.S. government missions overseas. You will:
* Performs Advanced logistics and maintenance, including System Administrator duties, to sustain Authority to Operate, operational availability, and equipment standards.
* Travels to support Operations and Maintenance at other sites in area of responsibility.
What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
* Technical Expertise:
o Proficient in English, verbal and written
o Spanish speaking required
o Network background
* Certifications:
o IAT Level II
o Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
o Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Smartsheet experience
* Hands‐on electronics experience
* System flow understanding
* Ability to read systems schematics
Travel & Passport
* Both CONUS and OCONUS may be required; some overnight stays possible.
* Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Work Environment
* Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
* Primarily an office‐based role in San Jose, Costa Rica
* Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site
* Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
* Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
* May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
