Our client, a very large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on national security, emergency management, boarder control, immigration and multicultural affairs, require the services of a Lead Data Analyst with specialist ETL skills to join their team in Belconnen, ACT.
Duties of the Lead Data Analyst:
* Use specialist skills to build ETL and Universes in Business Objects that coincide with new functionality introduced to the Siebel platform;
* Developing, maintaining & quality assuring new data;
* Providing Team Leadership over the Reporting Team.
Essential Criteria:
* Advanced data management skills (Level 4) including designing master data management processes, assessing data integrity from multiple sources, and implementing information handling procedures.
* Proficient in data modelling and design (Level 4), with capability to manage complex, ambiguous enterprise data requirements and provide guidance on data structures.
* Programming and software development skills at level 3, with experience in designing, coding, testing, documenting and maintaining moderately complex programs or scripts.
Desirable Skills: Systems integration and software configuration experience.
