We're on the hunt for a Junior Performance Marketing Coordinator to join the nimbl team. You'll be hands on in Google Ads and Meta every day, working alongside some seriously good people and building the foundations of a career in paid media. Real work, real clients, and a clear path to grow.

We're a boutique digital agency based in Richmond (with flexible WFH 2 days per week), focused on delivering measurable growth through SEO, paid search, and paid social. Since 2014, we've worked across eCommerce, B2B, fitness, and service industries, always prioritising performance, autonomy, and good vibes over corporate fluff. Small enough that your work actually matters. Experienced enough that you'll learn from the best.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be in-platform daily, building real skills and confidence across:
* Google Ads campaign builds, keyword research, ad creation and optimisation
* Meta Ads campaign setup, ad copy, creative testing and performance tracking
* Reporting, pulling insights and forming recommendations with guidance from seniors
* Managing tasks across multiple client accounts with strong organisation and time management
* Bonus points for TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest experience
Who We're Looking For
You've got a bit of agency experience and you're comfortable in platform. Titles like Marketing Coordinator, Junior Performance Coordinator or Marketing Assistant sound familiar. You're not here to coast, you're here to learn and thrive.
* Hands‐on Google Ads experience (campaign builds, keywords, basic optimisation)
* Agency background, ideally across multiple clients
* Strong time management and an ability to juggle priorities
* A proactive attitude and genuine hunger to grow
* A qualification in marketing, advertising, or something adjacent (nice to have)
Bonus points if you have...
* Canva or basic design expertise
* Exposure to EDMs or email marketing
* An eye for content, especially social
* The ability to put together a clean, well‐structured deck
