About the role
Retail Supervisor in the Timberyard department at Bunnings Swan Hill. Full‐time with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
Pay: $30.78 per hour for those 18 or older. Age 15 or over required to apply.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example and ensure high energy and smooth workflow within the Timberyard department.
* Support the senior leadership team and act as the go‐to for store operations.
* Coach and mentor the team, delivering friendly and helpful advice to customers.
* Onboard and train new team members, providing induction support.
* Maintain merchandising standards so all goods meet business requirements.
* Manage and coordinate stock effectively.
Key Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in a fast‐paced retail environment.
* Strong communication skills and genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
* Results‐driven and a team player.
* Approachable and confident, creating positive customer experiences.
* Eager to learn about new products and assist customers across all retail hours.
* Ability to guide, support, coach and provide constructive feedback.
* Must be 18 years of age or older to receive adult pay; age 15 or over to apply.
