Perth
Liquor Marketing Group
Posted: 21 May
Offer description

LMG is a national alcohol marketing group supporting independent operators.

About the Role

This senior field leadership role involves representing LMG in the Western region, leading a team of Business Development Managers, and building strong commercial relationships across the region. The Regional Manager is the face of LMG within the market, maintaining a highly visible presence with members, suppliers, and the broader industry.

Responsibility includes managing strategic Key Accounts, coaching and developing BDMs to deliver strong execution, member engagement and commercial outcomes across the wider network. Because the role is heavily relationship-driven, success depends on industry engagement, trade functions, supplier interaction and after‐hours networking.

The position requires regular regional travel and time in the field, with an expectation to maintain a strong and visible presence across the market. Working predominantly in the field (targeting four days per week), the Regional Manager partners closely with members and BDMs to translate strategy into practical execution while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen partnerships and grow the region.

* Translate strategic priorities into practical regional action plans.

About You

You are a commercially minded people leader who thrives in field‐based environments and enjoys building strong relationships across teams, members and industry stakeholders. You bring energy, presence and credibility, with the ability to influence outcomes both strategically and in market.

* Proven leadership experience within retail, FMCG, hospitality or multi‐site network environments.
* Experience leading field‐based sales, account management or operational teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capability.
* Experience managing strategic or key account relationships.
* A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
* Strong industry presence and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to operate autonomously and lead from the front.
* Excellent communication, planning and organisational capability.
* Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly around industry and member engagement requirements.
* Experience within liquor, hospitality or franchise/member‐based networks will be highly regarded.

Why Join LMG

* Senior field leadership role within one of Australia's leading liquor marketing groups.
* Opportunity to directly influence member performance and regional growth.
* High visibility role with strong autonomy and industry engagement.
* Collaborative and member‐focused culture.
* Competitive salary package, including incentive opportunity.
