Job Description
* Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and understand change impacts related to SAP S/4 initiatives.
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project goals.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of SAP S/4 systems and processes.
* Monitor and report on change readiness and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
* Create communication materials to effectively convey change objectives and updates to relevant audiences.
* Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change within the organisation.
* Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between technical and business requirements.
* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and refine approaches as needed.
The Successful Applicant
* Demonstrated experience in asset management and SAP ERP programs, ideally including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
