About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.
Responsibilities
* Find the best way forward for our residents and people
* Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety
* Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met

Qualifications
You'll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. Additionally:
* Real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* At least five years in a management role
* Background in aged or medical care
* Experience working with a number of different systems
