About the Opportunity
The Warehouse Supervisor is a full‐time, permanent opportunity based at our Darwin Warehouse, offering a hands‐on leadership role within a fast‐paced logistics environment. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive efficiency across inbound and outbound processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Working closely with the broader Logistics Operations team, you'll play a key role in continuous improvement, change initiatives, and building a strong team culture. The ideal working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing consistency while supporting operational needs.
In this Role
* Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
* Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
* Managing inventory, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies and managing claims.
* Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
* Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
* Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
* Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
You're Likely a Match If
* Warehouse supervisory experience.
* Experience in leading teams.
* Use of continuous improvement tools and methods.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook.
* Knowledge of EEO, OH&S and HACCP regulations.
* Strong problem‐solving skills.
* Extensive knowledge of OH&S practices.
