THE ROLE The Leasing and Maintenance Officer is responsible for coordinating maintenance, undertaking property inspections evaluating property condition and organising repair or remediation works for a diverse portfolio of assets leased by the department and owned by private property owners. Activities include coordination of maintenance, risk management, portfolio analysis and reporting. Reporting to the Leasing Team Leader, this role is hands-on and coordinates maintenance activities and programs and undertakes property inspections and general maintenance related portfolio duties.
