What you'll be doing
* Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence‐based support plans
* Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
* Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
* Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
* Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices
You'll thrive with us if you:
* Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status at minimum CORE level with experience
* Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
* Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
* Have a genuine passion for disability support
