Are you an experienced Registered Conveyancer looking to join a professional and supportive law firm?
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of property transactions and work alongside an experienced legal team in a reputable Adelaide practice.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end conveyancing process across residential, commercial, and off-the-plan transactions.
You'll provide expert guidance to clients, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure each settlement is completed efficiently and accurately.
Working closely with solicitors and administrative staff, you'll be part of a friendly, high-performing team that values attention to detail, client service, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property settlements from instruction to completion
Prepare and review contracts, Form 1s, and other conveyancing documentation
Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and government bodies
Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Manage PEXA settlements and other electronic conveyancing platforms
Maintain accurate records and ensure all trust accounting procedures are followed
Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on communication and accuracy
About You
Current registration as a Registered Conveyancer in South Australia
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
Strong understanding of conveyancing legislation and documentation
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
Proficient in PEXA, Land Services SA, and relevant conveyancing software
