About our Client:
We are partnering with a leading international engineering, construction and services organisation to appoint a mid-level lawyer into their Legal, Compliance, Governance and Risk team.
About the Role:
This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-value, complex matters across multiple industries, with responsibilities including:
- Group-wide compliance and governance management
- Corporate reporting and regulatory monitoring
- Providing regulatory and risk advice across business units
- Supporting transactions, M&A;, and corporate governance projects
- Contributing to disputes, litigation and tender processes
- Assisting with IP/trademark management
About You:
- Ideally at least 3 years PQE
- Coming from a recognized firm or organization
- Experience across several of the following: compliance systems, corporate governance, corporate reporting, risk advisory, transactions, or ESG regulations
- Strong ability to manage multiple matters independently
- Collaborative, commercially minded and resilient, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer to join a diverse and high-performing in-house legal team, working closely with senior lawyers and executives on matters that directly impact strategic outcomes.
