About the Calibration Specialist Role
The primary responsibility of a calibration specialist is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of hardware performance by supporting chamber calibration and antenna test efforts.
* Take ownership of calibration activities for antenna test chambers, ensuring they meet industry standards.
* Measure and analyze key parameters—such as path loss and system losses—to guarantee chamber accuracy.
* Utilize tools including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs to conduct antenna measurements and verify electromagnetic performance.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and understanding the fundamentals of antenna and RF system behavior.
