The Role
This builder is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the team, managing approximately 10–15 custom homes across Brisbane's Western Suburbs.
The workload is intentionally structured to ensure a high level of customer service and build quality, rather than volume. Homes are consistently delivered to a high standard, resulting in strong client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals built over many years.

You'll be joining a close-knit, driven team that works collaboratively to deliver quality outcomes. The business is selective about who they bring on, as they are proud of their strong, positive culture and are committed to maintaining it.
Supervisors manage 10–15 homes each, a model that has been successfully maintained for over 20 years. This approach ensures quality delivery without burnout, creating a supportive environment where the team genuinely looks out for one another.

A well-established builder based in Brisbane's Western Suburbs, specialising in high-end custom homes with typical contract values ranging from $1M–$3M.
They have built a strong reputation within a niche market by delivering tailored homes and a premium client experience, backed by consistent quality and long-term relationships.
This role will suit an autonomous Supervisor who wants to be respected for their experience and capability, while working within a supportive and well-structured team.
About You
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in site supervision (custom homes)
* Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Knockdown rebuild experience (preferred but not essential)
* QLD Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence
* Experience using scheduling software
* Current QLD Open Driver's Licence
