Reporting to the Underground Superintendent, the Administrator plays a key role in keeping our Mungari underground operations running smoothly. You'll provide proactive, organised and efficient administrative support across the site, working closely with operational teams, contractors and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Underground team and broader site functions, including reporting, document preparation and correspondence
* Managing site administration activities such as travel and accommodation bookings, rosters, leave schedules, filing systems and internal directories
* Supporting department planning, labour hire requests and onboarding of new employees
* Coordinating meetings, events and visitor requirements, including PPE and safety equipment management
* Maintaining accurate administrative data, processing invoices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

You're an organised and detail-focused administrator who thrives in a site-based environment and enjoys being relied on by your team. You build strong working relationships, take initiative and pride yourself on delivering accurate, timely and professional outcomes.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a site-based administration role, ideally within mining or heavy industry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Well-developed communication skills, with confidence engaging across operational teams and stakeholders
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
* A commitment to safety, compliance and values‐driven behaviour
This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day (Friday to Thursday). This role is residential to Kalgoorlie / Coolgardie.
