About the role
Our client is seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to provide Customer Service support to their tight-knit team. As a people-person, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile team environment. The ideal individual will have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure the highest service levels are consistently achieved.
Schedule and attend collaborative meetings with our Marketing and Sales teams.
Strong engagement in all Consumer interactions incorporating the Customer Experience Strategies.
Support the integration of existing/potential new business acquisitions.
Engage and support the new product launch process.
Skills / Experience
Computer literate at intermediate-advanced level including (MS office suite & internet)
Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
Experience within an administration support role
Experience within the FMCG food industry is highly desirable
Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
The ability to provide effective and appropriate information to a variety of people
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
