You’ll be supporting the growth of Linde’s market share of equipment by nurturing facilitated leads, qualifying through our sales process and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Tasks and Qualifications: What You’ll Do: Product Knowledge: Actively maintain an expansive product knowledge to provide outstanding qualification to leads, participating in product training sessions and collaborating with the sales team experts to provide customer-focused solutions. Pipeline Development: Oversee inbound calls and digital enquiries, managing workloads in CRM for KPI achievement, whilst proactively generating leads to nurture rental and sales opportunities. Customer Experience: Provide outstanding professional service to customers across various platforms, supporting an informed sales process whilst ensuring a strong digital experience. Market Engagement: Seamlessly integrate marketing content into customer touchpoints, warm cold leads, actively participate in strategic campaign discussions with team and contribute market insights. Campaign Management: Act on campaign directives to maximise success in budget achievement for pedestrian and value ranges of material handling equipment. What You’ll Bring: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate professionally. Strong Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills. Formal qualifications in sales/marketing preferred but not essential. Proactive approach to problem solving and solution seeking. Demonstrate good time management skills.
