Role
We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales team servicing clients within the Bathurst/Orange area. The role involves coordination of retail distribution support activities for both internal and external stakeholders, with some regional travel fortnightly. Reporting to the Fields Sales Manager, this role supports the growth and promotion of the Ames brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively execute business initiatives and merchandising expectations.
- Grow customer support ability by establishing quality relationships at all levels of business structure.
- Develop, coordinate and conduct AMES Australasia's brand support activities including promotional events and peak customer trading period support.
- Identify customer training opportunities and conduct applicable sanctioned modular training.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's licence.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with the sales team.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Physically fit; some manual lifting is required.
