About the Role
Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing.
As second in command, you'll:
1. Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family
2. Train up the next generation of carers and nurses
3. Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting
4. Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be
5. Help financially manage the home
Qualifications
6. Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
7. At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
8. Experience in managing people and budgets
9. Background in Aged Care
