The Townsville RSL Group are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Part time Office Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for entering data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will work closely with the Finance Department to support the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
* Assist with filing, scanning and document management
* Reconciliation of daily monies
Qualifications
* A current Police Background check (essential)
* Excellent time management skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong computer and accounting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
