**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and partners in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about products, services, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments, manage meeting room reservations, and coordinate conference calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and relevant administrative tasks.
- Ad hoc administrative duties
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in a Reception position
- Exceptional phone manner
- Well presented and must have great written/verbal communications skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
