About the RoleStep into a pivotal leadership role as HR Manager for the Coffs Harbour site. You'll shape and deliver HR strategies that align with global objectives while meeting local operational needs. Partner with site leaders to build capability, strengthen culture, and elevate performance—making a real impact on the future of the organisation.
Your Impact
* Lead and deliver HR strategy, policies, and programs at the site level.
* Oversee employee and industrial relations, including union engagement and compliance.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipelines.
* Drive performance, development, and succession planning processes.
* Oversee compensation, benefits, and job grading to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
What You Bring
* Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Proven ability to implement HR policies locally from a corporate framework.
* Strong expertise in labour relations and employment law.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
