About the Role

As Director of Nursing for Adult Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for managing the optimal operation of our bed-based Mental Health Services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical leadership to staff and managerial oversight for designated services in your portfolio.
* Deliver high-level advice on clinical standards, education, and complex service issues.
* Drive strategic direction for nursing services, professional standards, and quality of care.
**Requirements**
* You must hold a Registered Nurse qualification and possess specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
* You should have experience in leading and implementing contemporary, integrated, consumer-focused care across various specialist practice settings.
