We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Hypercare Manager to lead post–go-live stabilisation for a major enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Location: Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH Day Rate: Up to $1200 a day Contract Duration: 12 months with strong chance of extension This is a critical role responsible for ensuring business continuity, rapid issue resolution, and a seamless transition from project delivery into steady-state operations following a large-scale ERP implementation. The Opportunity You will take ownership of the Hypercare phase, establishing and running a central command centre to manage incidents, prioritise defects, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. Working closely with program leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in stabilising operations, protecting business performance, and embedding sustainable support models. Key Responsibilities Lead the Hypercare Command Centre, including governance, cadence, and communications Manage end-to-end incident, problem, and defect resolution, ensuring SLA adherence Own major incident escalation (Sev1/Sev2), including business impact and resolution coordination Drive prioritisation of fixes based on risk, customer impact, and operational outcomes Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and regression testing in a controlled production environment Partner with cutover and business teams to support early life stabilisation activities Deliver clear, concise communications to stakeholders, including executives and frontline users Monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration stability across platforms Support financial reconciliation and operational continuity during stabilisation Lead knowledge transfer and transition to BAU support, including defining exit criteria About You 8 years’ experience delivering large-scale ERP or transformation programs, including Hypercare leadership Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and enterprise integrations Proven track record managing major incidents and operating in high-pressure environments Deep understanding of ITSM processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels Highly organised with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences Why Apply?
