Role Overview
To provide assistance to the Dentists in a timely and efficient manner, so as to continue our very high standard of patient care, during and after their appointments. Fulfil all roles as a Dental Assistant including instrument sterilisation, cleaning and maintaining Dental Surgery to a very high standard, stock control and ordering. All team members are cross‐trained, which provides a continuity of care for our patients.
Responsibilities
* Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
* Perform instrument sterilisation and cleaning.
* Maintain and keep the dental surgery in a high standard.
* Handle stock control and ordering of supplies.
* Manage appointment bookings, billing, payment processes and record/document management.
* Answer patient queries.
Requirements
* Reliability.
* The ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change in a fast‐paced environment.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Motivated self‐starter, capable of handling a fast‐paced and dynamic role.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about customer service and patient care.
