The Role – What You'll Do
* Build strong partnerships with General Practitioners, retail pharmacies, and allied health professionals.
* Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about approved medicines, efficacy, and safety.
* Develop and execute a local sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in the Adelaide South Territory.
* Use data insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach.
* Successfully complete all product training and obtain your Medicines Australia (MA) qualification.
* Drive performance while maintaining compliance with the MA Code of Conduct.
Essential Requirements
* Prior territory sales experience, ideally in medical/pharma, with a track record of success.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in medical/science areas.
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to plan strategically and achieve results.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience in pharmaceutical sales in South Australia.
* Experience working with digital tools and data to optimise sales.
* Knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare systems, and the pharmaceutical environment.
