We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our friendly team as an All-Rounder at Hello Harry in Toowoomba. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our dynamic eatery, with responsibilities extending across both front and back of house. Ideal candidates will possess a can-do attitude, outstanding customer service skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Menu Knowledge and Upselling: Be well-versed in our menu and daily offerings to effectively recommend and upsell to guests.
2. Food and Beverage Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage selections to provide accurate information to guests.
3. Pre-Service Preparation: Execute daily preparation tasks to ensure readiness for service.
4. Table Setup: Arrange tables to meet our standards, crafting a welcoming environment for guests.
5. Guest Reception and Service: Professionally greet and seat guests, accurately taking and fulfilling their requests.
6. Clearing and Cleaning: Diligently clear tables and maintain cleanliness across the premises, including carrying out weekly deep-cleaning tasks.
General Duties:
* Order taking and delivery to customers.
* Serving Alcohol (must either have RSA or be willing to obtain it within 2 weeks of employment).
-General Compliance and Understanding: Abide by all company policies and legal regulations, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
