Senior Civil Engineer - I8
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Community Development team in Darwin. Reporting to the Group Leader, you will have an opportunity to lead a team to deliver civil design projects including roads infrastructure, subdivisions and remote community facilities.
This role involves leading project design and delivery across various projects and sectors. Projects range from early concept design and master planning through to detailed design, construction documentation and supervision.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Civil Engineer with Australian experience, possessing good technical design background, strong consulting engineering and project delivery skills over a range of projects.
Responsibilities:
* Civil design and project management across various projects
* Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration and quality audits
* Liaising with engineers, designers and drafters
* Adhering to professional standards, ethics and quality procedures
* Managing clients and other consultants
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
* Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and documentation
* Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes and Territory requirements
* Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible
* Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance
