About you
You will be a confident, personable, and organised individual, who has worked in phone sales and have been successful in setting appointments for field representatives. You'll be a good listener and a great communicator. Ideally you'll have experience in dealing with customers who are looking for premium level service. If you are the right person for this role, you will have high standards, a professional attitude and describe yourself as being charismatic and effective. In addition, you'll have a passion for doing things the right way. You will consider every interaction with a client or a prospect as an opportunity for excellent customer service and a chance to, 'Blow them away,' with how good you are. To be considered for this role, you'll have excellent computer skills, and immaculate written and verbal communication skills. You will have a track record of hitting your sales numbers and enjoy the thrill of the sale.
About the role
This role is full time, 5 days per week. On a day‐to‐day basis, you'll have several key roles:
* Inbound sales calls to prequalified enquiries or existing customers.
* Liasing with branch offices – appointment setting and general support.
* General Admin – data entry, and preparation of documents and reports.
