Role Description
We are seeking a Lawyer to join our Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team. Based in Bendigo, VIC, this hybrid role combines on-site and remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, drafting wills, managing powers of attorney, administering estates, and offering support on succession planning matters. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients to understand their goals, develop tailored strategies, and ensure positive outcomes that align with their needs.

* nowledge in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Succession Planning
* Strong communication and client engagement skills, including an ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
* Capability in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing technical advice
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of tailored legal service delivery
* Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external professional advisers
* Hold a valid legal practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one) in Victoria
* Previous experience in estate planning, trusts, or succession law
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a client-focused mindset
