Take a chance, progress your career and discover all that the Wide Bay has to offer.Your opportunity:Provide expert Psychiatric care assessment and management of patients with an intellectual disability or on the autism spectrum.This role will predominantly be a Consultation Liaison role to community and inpatient teams and may also include a small cohort of direct patient care, as part of an Intellectual and Developmental Disability team.Provide professional leadership in the area of Mental Health within a multidisciplinary environment.Opportunity for Private Practice:The successful candidate may have the opportunity to establish private practice outside of their WBHHS appointment with local private hospitals. The successful candidate may receive assistance and concessions with:Use of the local private hospital's sessional rooms to allow establishment of practice and referral pathwaysAssistance with credentialling and administrative support to commence private practiceIntroduction to local GP's, physicians and surgeons to facilitate referral out more in the Role Description.Our offer:We are offering a competitive remuneration package value up to $549,694 p.a., including salary between $187,569 - $274,678 p.a., generous employer superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, salary sacrifice perks, and flexible rostering for optimal work/life balance.
