OSHC Area Manager – Colac Join the operations leadership team at TheirCare. This high‑growth role supports the continuation and improvement of our OSHC programs across multiple sites. A fully supported career development pathway is available to help you grow into the leader you know you can be.
As an experienced childcare professional with an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background you will drive outcomes and provide strategic support to our teams within the region. You will manage up to 10 services, report directly to an experienced operations manager and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceeding programs and high‑quality child care across the region, which spans from Birregurra to Camperdown. Travel between locations is required.

About Your New Role
Lead and enhance embedded practice across your services
Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance
Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge transfer
Oversee rostering, financial and community engagement responsibilities
Critically reflect and plan to support increases in child outcomes across services
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in OSHC or the childcare industry is required
Experience as an Area Manager
Strong knowledge of industry processes, Regulations, National Law & Regulation, National Quality Standard, and TheirCare’s internal policies
Positive attitude and genuine desire for change
Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
Current first aid certification
Valid driver’s licence and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
