About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Bras N Things shop in Chirnside Park. This part‐time role is 28 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‐performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences.
* Create a strong customer‐first environment and ensure every interaction reflects the brand and consistently high service levels.
* Coach and develop your team through regular on‐the‐spot feedback, support and capability building.
* Execute visual merchandising in‐store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement.
* Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day‐to‐day running.
