Opportunity: The project is a large $100m high rise residential project consisting of 20 levels up and 4 levels of basement. The project was won through the ECI phase so design is advanced and the team has a head start on procurement. This role will provide you with enough construction challenges that test your mind and skill as well as provide you with a great team environment and job satisfaction. As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will take a leading commercial role across, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will be supported by Contracts Administrators and project administration staff, while working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager and delivery team to ensure strong commercial outcomes across all stages of the project.
