Position Summary
CNC Service Technician — NSW team at a world‐renowned CNC machine tool manufacturer.
Location
Parramatta area, NSW (mainly travel within NSW).
Job Responsibilities
* Installation, servicing and maintenance of CNC machinery.
* Fault finding and repairs.
* Preventative maintenance and machine calibration.
* Customer technical support and operator training.
* Assist customers with operator support and machine training while working closely with the Service Manager and technical support team.
* Travel throughout the NSW region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Trade or engineering qualifications.
* CNC machining and/or CNC service experience.
* Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills.
* Mechanical and electrical knowledge (ideal).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Current driver's licence.
* Ability to travel throughout NSW.
