Senior Clinical Nurse/AHP Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse/AHP, delivering high-quality primary health care and mentoring graduate clinicians and students.
The role involves working closely with the Clinic Manager to facilitate client flow in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner is essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have proven clinical experience in public health or primary health care, with a strong ability to mentor and supervise clinical staff.
* Demonstrated communication skills, including cross-cultural sensitivity with Aboriginal clients and staff, are crucial for success in this position.
* We are seeking someone with an understanding of Aboriginal health principles and community control philosophy, as well as the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience with standard treatment manuals in a primary health care setting is also required.
