As Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge business requirements with effective technology solutions, translating needs into functional specifications that address complex challenges and ensure optimized processes, aligned technology, and seamless system integration across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to resolve complex business problems.
* Provide support to users of HHAC's business systems, including issue resolution and system upgrade and development activities.
* Network with other organizations locally and nationally to understand industry issues and solutions being implemented.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and apply both traditional and agile methodologies to deliver innovative, high‐quality outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* An Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or willingness to obtain one, recognised by the International Institute of Business Analysis.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with strong understanding of management reporting, data integrity, and customer relationship management.
* Proven experience in delivering high‐quality user support, including investigating new and recurring issues through a structured problem‐resolution process and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in business process improvement, with knowledge of key principles and tools, and a demonstrated ability to map and document processes.
* Previous experience building stakeholder relationships in a medium‐sized organization, focused on customer service management principles.
* Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance business outcomes.
* Current South Australian driver's licence.
* Valid NDIS worker screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Change Management, and/or Health Care.
* Qualifications or experience in Finance and/or Human Resources.
* Prior experience in the Not‐for‐Profit sector.
* Experience working with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
