What You'll Be Doing
As our Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading workshop operations and ensuring the team consistently delivers quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, mentoring and developing a team of ADAS Technicians
* Managing workshop workflow, scheduling and job prioritisation
* Driving team performance, accountability and productivity
* Overseeing diagnostics, calibration and technical problem‐solving
* Ensuring work meets OEM standards, safety requirements and quality expectations
* Building strong customer relationships and providing clear communication
* Identifying process improvements and driving workshop efficiency
About You
You're a natural leader who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to motivate and support a team.
You'll bring:
* 2+ years' experience in ADAS diagnostics, calibration and troubleshooting
* Leadership experience within a workshop or technical environment
* Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, sensors and OEM diagnostic tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
