About the position We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated District Nurse to join our Community Services team. This role is central to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community, supporting patients to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This is a 3-day per week role working 8-hours shifts (24 hours per week/0.63 FTE). For further information on the role, please refer to the Position Description attached. What you bring Experience working in District Nursing or Hospital in the Home (HITH). Well-developed clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously. Barrabill House is a 40-bed residential aged care service that provides highly rated residential aged care.
