Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Information Technology team. As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting innovation and ensuring the reliable performance of our IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing all IT systems, including hardware, operating systems, and software, to ensure full operational status and compliance with all security standards.
You will lead the systematic troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of various IT hardware, including servers, desktops, and laptops, and perform component replacement to restore full functionality and prevent downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as an Information Technology/helpdesk Technician
* Strong knowledge of hardware technology, concepts, data sanitization, and computer hardware, including Servers, Personal Computers (PC) Desktops, Laptops, and Printers
* Proven ability in analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide accurate root cause analysis for complex issues
* University degree/diploma or two (2) years of equivalent work experience
