We're seeking a motivated Corporate Travel Business Development Manager to focus on mid-market clients, building a strong pipeline and securing new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll take ownership of new business development, identifying and converting opportunities while delivering tailored, solution‐based sales strategies.

What you'll be doing:
* Identify and target mid‐market organisations across Australia and New Zealand
* Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Drive new business through proactive outbound activity, referrals, and networking
* Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract close
* Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling client presentations
* Manage RFPs and tender submissions where required
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with business objectives
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline and performance reporting
About You
* MUST HAVE Corporate Travel BDM experience
* You're a true sales hunter who is results‐driven, resilient, and thrives in a competitive environment. You enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals.
* Proven experience in a business development or hunter sales role
* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Experience managing the full sales cycle end‐to‐end
* Confident prospecting and engaging cold opportunities
* Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to build relationships and influence key decision makers
* Experience in corporate travel, SaaS, or service‐based industries is highly regarded
