Brief Description
Securecorp is currently seeking an exceptional Full-Time Security Officer to provide outstanding customer service and emergency response capabilities at a high-profile retail site. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team environment while delivering high-quality security services to clients and the public.
The position operates on a balanced 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster consisting of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional security services with a strong customer-focused approach.
* Monitor, patrol, and safeguard assigned premises.
* Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, incidents, and calls for assistance.
* Assess and mitigate risks across a range of situations.
* Manage access control and maintain secure entry and exit points.
* Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
* Operate CCTV systems for monitoring and surveillance purposes.
* Perform concierge and reception duties with a professional presentation.
* Undertake administrative duties to support site operations.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Current Security Licence (essential).
* Current Control Room Licence (essential).
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Excellent personal presentation and professionalism.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work rotating rosters including nights and weekends.
* Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
