RedEarth Energy is scaling. We design and manufacture integrated battery energy storage systems across residential, commercial and industrial markets. Our technology is modular, smart, and built for real-world deployment. As Australia accelerates toward net zero, we are positioned at the centre of that transition.
We are now hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to define and drive our commercial marketing engine. This is a senior, hands‐on position for someone who can set direction and execute.

You will own marketing strategy and personally drive execution in partnership with our Senior Brand Identity Specialist and external agencies. You will help shape how we show up to distributors, EPCs, resellers, and enterprise customers across Australia.

This is a small, senior marketing core with no layers of marketing management.

This role suits someone who has grown in smaller or scaling environments where versatility, ownership and commercial clarity mattered.
What You'll Own
* Marketing Strategy & Positioning – Define segments, personas, messaging frameworks and value propositions across C&I; and channel markets, ensuring strategy is directly aligned to revenue priorities.
* Go‐to‐Market Execution – Lead and execute product launches, market shifts and campaign activity. Develop sales materials, campaign plans and partner‐facing content that gets used.
* Sales & Channel Alignment – Work closely with the Head of Sales to strengthen pipeline support, distributor enablement and enterprise credibility. Marketing must be practical, usable and commercially grounded.
* Agency Direction – Set explicit briefs, provide commercial context and critically review outputs from SEO, AI and PR partners.
* Measurement & Refinement – Focus on effectiveness over activity volume. Improve uptake, clarity and market response over time.
What We're Looking For
* Senior B2B marketing experience
* Strong channel and C&I exposure
* Battery or Solar Industry experience
* Experience marketing technical, industrial or energy‐related products highly regarded
* Demonstrated ability to set strategy and execute personally
* Commercially sharp and comfortable working closely with sales
* Pragmatic, outcome‐focused and hands‐on
