This senior role, reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for shaping national marketing strategy, overseeing local area marketing programs, and managing a small, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute national marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee local area marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with national priorities. Partner with senior stakeholders to integrate marketing efforts with broader business strategies. Analyse marketing performance, patient engagement, and ROI to optimize campaigns. Prepare and present strategic marketing updates to senior leadership. Key Criteria: Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, including 3 years in a senior or management role. Proven success in executing integrated marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical, and presentation abilities. Background in healthcare, B2B, or multi-site service industries is highly regarded. Experience working in an intermediary model for referral sales would also be considered.
