Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
* Director/Centre Manager experience in Early Childhood preferred but not essential.
* Working knowledge and strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QIP.
* Strong understanding of the Rights of the Child and Child Safe Practices and standards.
* Strong leadership in team development, culture and retention.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and approved Child Protection Training.
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
* Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or visa).
* NSW Police Check.
* Confident communication, people management and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to drive occupancy, build community relationships and lead continuous improvement.
