The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing underground mining activities, promoting positive safety behaviors, and fostering effective communication with our team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership to the underground team
* Monitor and supervise underground mining activities
* Promote positive safety behaviors and build a culture of accountability, ownership, and safety-first thinking
* Use digital tools to record and monitor tasks
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar position
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in Underground Hardrock mining
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
* Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous)
