Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll processing and services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process allocated client payrolls accurately and efficiently
* Provide excellent telephone support with the goal of resolving issues on the first call
* Ensure all relevant information and activities are documented in our Client Information System (CIS)
* Identify and escalate business opportunities as required
* Participate in departmental activities and initiatives to improve service excellence
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company goals
Requirements:
* Minimum 18 months experience in a call centre or helpdesk environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Flexible working hours may be required
